JRH Embroidery provides custom embroidery services. By placing an order through our website or contacting us directly, you agree to:

  • Understand that custom items are non-refundable unless defective.

Turnaround times, pricing, and available materials may vary depending on the size and nature of your order. We’ll communicate clearly throughout the process.

All payments are due prior to production unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, or digital payment (e.g., Venmo, PayPal). A deposit may be required for large or bulk orders.


4.Cancellations & Refunds

Custom embroidery work cannot be refunded once stitching has begun. Cancellations must be made before production starts. If a product arrives defective or incorrect due to our error, we will offer a replacement or refund.

You must have the legal right to use any logos, graphics, or artwork submitted to JRH Embroidery. We are not responsible for any trademark or copyright issues arising from client-provided materials.
